Tracking Your Shipment
How Do I Â Get Tracking Information For My Order?
A shipment Tracking Number is not furnished to you at checkout.
Tracking Numbers are determined after your order has been processed through the warehouse and carrier pick up has been arranged and confirmed. Usual Warehouse processing time 1-3 business days. Heavier, larger or palletized shipments can take up to 4 business days to process through the warehouse. Your items usual ship time is listed on it's detail page.
We'll send you an e-mail with your tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
If you do not receive your tracking information within the times suggested above you can E-mail us at sales@bestscooterbuys.com Â
Be sure to include your Order/Invoice number and Ship To name and address.
I Have Received A Tracking Number But It Doesn't Work. Tracking numbers will not appear as active in the FedEx or UPS system until they have been scanned at the terminal. This process may not occur for several hours after you receive your order tracking number. Please allow sufficient time for their system to be updated.

You can also contact FedEx or UPS directly for your shipment status.
US Postal Service does not promise to scan all packages while in transit. As a result many packages will not show a tracking status until after delivery.
For US Postal Service, the "Delivery Confirmation" number is just a proof of delivery and may or may not give you the progress of your package while in transit.
For UPS or FedEx, and other commercial carriers the tracking status will give you an accurate picture of the progress of your package.
