When Will My Order Ship
Most items usually ship "next business day".
Usual ship time for a specific item is shown on that items page.This can vary by item or manufacture or type of shipping. 

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. 
Orders are generally processed within a few hours of receipt for shipment on the next available carrier pickup.
This is usually within the next 1 to 2 business day(s) depending on the item ordered.
Processing time for heavier palletized freight items is usually 2-3 business days.

Shipping Method
Your order will be shipped via FedEx or UPS
All orders are shipped ground or ground freight.

Shipping/Transit time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
Actual travel time 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. You can view our Transit Time Maps click here.

Tracking Your Order
When your order is shipped (loaded on the carrier's trailer) we'll send tracking information to you via the e-mail address you entered on your order invoice.

Order Delivery
Most shipments will require a signature on delivery.

Shipping Area
We do not ship outside of the Continental United States. Sorry no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping can become very expensive for the items we sell with 2 day delivery costing in some instances as much as the scooter. We do not offer expedited shipping

Can I change the ship to address after I've placed my order?
Most of our fraud prevention efforts and your credit card companys authorization for your purchase is based on the information entered into our secure shopping cart. Based on the forgoing, our policy is not to change the ship to address after processing your order.

Back Orders A backorder is your agreement to pay for the merchandise now and receive it at a latter date when it becomes available for shipment. Shipment dates on back orders are subject to change. Back orders are shipped in the order they are received.
Tracking  Your Order
Tracking information for your purchase is not furnished to you at checkout. Tracking is usually sent to you on the second business day depending on the item you ordered.
Tracking numbers will not appear as active in the FedEx or UPS system until they have been scanned at the terminal.  This process may not occur for several hours after you receive your order tracking number. Please allow sufficient time for their system to be updated.
